Community outreach is an important part of our ministry at the Praise Center. Here are just a few of the ways we give back:

The Praise Center not only supports the Boonville food pantry financially, but we also have many who volunteer and serve on the board.
Boonville Schools – Over the past several years we have begun partnering with the schools in our community to offer a wide variety of assistance. From free back packs and school supplies in the fall to band scholarships for instruments, we here at the Praise Center want to make sure our kids have all that they need to make their educational experience a success.
Community Thanksgiving Dinner – Several years ago some community members reached out and offered a free Thanksgiving dinner to anyone in the area who needed it. After the restaurant that sponsored it burned down our town found a need that was not being met. In 2013 the Praise Center restarted this event and with the help of the Boonville schools, Isle of Capri, Paul Insurance, National Wildlife Turkey Federation, Sonic and several other community leaders and businesses. Every year our numbers have grown, and we are now serving well over 600 people a Thanksgiving meal. We are excited to see how the program grows!
